Slumping first baseman Carlos Delgado will remain in the Mets? lineup for now and hit fifth. ?It?s too early for me,? manager Willie Randolph said. ?A lot depends on how the team is doing.? Delgado is hitting an anemic .206 with eight RBIs, but because the Mets are playing well, there?s no reason to change.
